RR10 Season starts Wednesday 20th April

The moment you have all been waiting for has nearly arrived. The summer season of cross country races, the RR10 series starts on Wednesday 20th April , 7pm at Fleming Park.
nIf you have not taken part yet, come along and join the fun. We enjoy many balmy Wednesday evenings racing against other local running clubs, often in spectacular countryside settings. We do very well as a club in the series and sometimes win! There is no better way to spend a Wednesday evening.
nThis year if you intend to run in any of the races and you have a medical condition, please email me with the details. The medical cover need to be aware of these before the first race on 20th April, otherwise it could invalidate the insurance. Please email me on rr10manager@wadac.org.uk
nPlease wear a club vest and try to lift share when possible.
