Moira wins Southern counties vets titles

The Southern Counties vets AC indoor championships took place unusually late in the indoor season last Saturday at Lee Valley.Moira West (coach Elias Mtshweni) took the V70 womens 60m & 200m titles having done the same sprint double at the British Masters indoor champs 1 month earlier.This event calls time on the indoor season and all the clubs track & field athletes will now be focussed on the outdoor season which of course has already started.A full round up of the extroadinary achievements of the athletes at the club over the course of the indoor season will follow shortly including an update of all the clubs indoor track & field records.
