Membership applications from juniors currently in school year 3

The waiting-list for current year 3s who want to join the club in September, when they become year 4s, will open on Monday April 25th. Please apply using the guidelines on the 'information for parents' page on our website Information for Parents | Juniors | Winchester & District Athletics Club (wadac.org.uk). Please include in your application all the details requested :

n Date of birth
n Area of interest or particular training group (if known)
n Any weekday evenings on which your child isn't available for training

nAll applications received will be acknowledged within 72 hours. If you haven't received an email reply within that time, please check your junk and spam folders before re-sending your application.

nPlease don't apply before April 25th, but do so as soon as possible thereafter.

nAs per our club policy, applications from juniors who will be accompanied at training each week by a volunteer parent helper, will be prioritised. If you want to take advantage of this opportunity, please let us know in your application email. You will then be offered a trial visit later this summer so that you can see current parent helpers in action, and will also be asked to provide basic information about yourself to enable us to make the requisite background checks for those working with children.
