Lily breaks club record

U20W Lily Neate (coach Nick Anderson) took no less than 44 secs off her 3000m pb to smash the clubs age group (U20W) record in the Watford open meeting last Wednesday with a time of 10 mins 02.09 secs.In a huge breakthrough run for Lily this takes her to 13th in the current UK age group rankings for the distance and will fill her with confidence with a busy track season ahead of her.
