Bella moves to world no 3

The Somerset schools combined events championships took place this weekend in Yeovil and 4 of the clubs athletes were in action across the various age groups. Oscar Webb (coach Tony Bateman) was representing Millfield school in the Intermediate boys octathlon and finished in 11th place with 3525 points going 2nd on the clubs all time age group list.Lois Moore (coach Andy Fisher) was also represeting Millfield in the junior girls pentathlon and came home in 6th place with pb's in hurdles and SP.In the womens U18 heptathlon Grace Colmer (coach Andy Fisher) withdrew on day 1 after failing to record a mark in the SP but at least had a consolation of a HJ pb of 1.61m achieved earlier in the day. In the same event training partner Arabella Wilson (coach Andy Fisher) finished 2nd with a points total of 4891 which currently places Bella 3rd on the U18 world rankings and this included pb's in HJ, 200m & 800m.
