Sam comes 6th at National U20 champs

Sam Clifton (coach Jeremy Clifton) set a new pb and club record with the 6kg hammer yesterday as he threw 54.79m to come 6th at the National U20 champs in Bedford yesterday. Sam broke his own record that he set at the same championships last year and consolidates his place at 6th in the UK age group rankings.
