Weekend track & field preview

After its traditional gap of a couple of months, track & field returns this weekend with the beginning of the indoor season.Arabella Wilson (coach Andy Fisher) is in action in Glasgow tomorrow as she makes her 2nd England schools appearance of the year, this time competing in the Home Countries Combined Events indoor international at the Emirates Arena. Bella will be in an England schools team of 4 U17's competing against teams from Wales, Scotland & Ireland.In addition, Head of Throws Martin McBriar is taking a squad of 8 the short journey up the M3 to Basingstoke to compete in the Winter throws event in Basingstoke. Some will be throwing in their new age groups for the first time, some competing in a WADAC vest for the first time.Good luck to everyone in action.
