U11s Girls finish the Wessex Cross Country league series in first place

Our U11s teams finished the Wessex Cross Country leagues series in a strong position to secure an overall first team place finish for the girls and a second place team finish for the boys over the three matches series.
nLast Sunday saw 8 u11s turnout after a busy cross country season so far and in terrible weather conditions to compete for the club and ensure that we had a full team in each u11s race. Without them, it would not have been possible to achieve these team positions. For the girls, we had Millie Honan (4th), Alice Humphries (7th), Bella Webley (8th) and Imogen Allbut (10th), all combining to give the team a first place finish on the day. The boys team was made up of Leo Pratt Davies (5th), Alex Olestsenko (12th), Felix Humphries (16th) and Ethan Wilde (18th) which secured them fourth place on the day.
nThere was an individual award for Alex Olestsenko who came third overall in the boys races, so well done to him. Other notable results include Felix Humphries securing a fifth place finish overall and for the girls, Alice Humphries came 4th and Imogen Allbut 5th overall.
nWell done to all the athletes who took part in the Wessex matches this year.
