WADAC Insight into your Inner Chimp.

73 juniors signed up tonight for WADAC’s first Expert Insight Series event specifically aimed at the club's junior athletes.
nTim Buckle of Chimp Management gave the athletes a fascinating insight into how to control their ‘inner chimps’ and with the Hampshire Champs just around the corner for the endurance section of the club, it gave them some tools that they will be able to put into practice sooner rather than later!
nLook out for the next WADAC Expert Insights junior series to be announced in January, where we will be bringing in a leading expert and award-winning registered nutritionist who specialises in fuelling junior athletes for performance.
nMight be just what we need after all the Christmas turkey and pudding!
