Mud, mud, glorious mud at Reading

With all the rain in the last month Reading provided a true cross country race with mud, hills and a lovely wooded section.
nVet ladies maintained their impeccable record of coming first (just!) with Vicky Gill finishing 1st vet (13th overall), Jane Gandee, 4th vet (25th) and, last for the team, Charlie Hoskins, 5th vet (27th). Packing in closely behind were Sam Parkinson, 7th vet (31st) Emma Carter 11th vet (43rd), Sue True 22nd vet (62nd) and Alison Fenwick 24th vet (66th), everyone finishing in the first half of the pack.
nSenior ladies did well to take 5th team with Vicky Gill, Ellie Swire (20th) and Jane Gandee.
nTwo more races are left in the series; next one at Popham.
