Carys goes 3rd on indoor lists

A couple of WADAC athletes were in open meeting action at the weekend with U17W Carys Jeffries (coach Andy Fisher) running an indoor pb of 26.84 secs in the 200m at Lee Valley to go 3rd on the clubs indoor age group lists. Carys followed this up with a leap of 4.76m in the long jump. Also in action at Eton was Charlotte Longden (coach Andy Fisher) who ran 8.18 in the 60m sprint the 4th WADAC lady under 8.2 secs indoors already this season showing we are going to have quite a female sprint relay team come the Summer.
