Another fantastic result for WADAC at the Hampshre Road Race League, Salisbury 10

The weather forecast was wet and windy but mother nature was kind and it turned out to be fantastic conditions for a fast race. Overall WADAC had 33 athletes running. Lots of great results…. the men did brilliantly with Andy Winterbottom coming in first for WADAC in overall 2nd place (54:08 GT), Ben Findlay 4th (54:17GT), Glenn Churchill 16th (57:51 GT), James Moore 28th (59:29GT) and David Gaskell 36th (1:00:57GT).

nAs for the WADAC women, it was a day to remember with Lucy Elliott coming in first for WADAC, 3rd Female overall (1:00:16GT) Tamsin Anderson came in 5th with a PB (1:01:02 GT) Alex Lane 8th (1:02:15GT) and Sarah Gurney 12th (1:05:10GT).

nThere were also some individual 1st age category results. Huge congratulations to Lucy Elliott as she smashed out another British Age Group Record, setting a time of 1:00:16. Other firsts were Sarah Gurney 1st F50 and Joy Radford 1st V65-66.
