Jeremy takes British Masters Silver

Jeremy Clifton (self coached) took part in the British Masters Winters throws championships in Oxford on Saturday and came home with a silver medal and new club age group record.
n50 year old Jeremy came 2nd in the javelin with a throw of 41.31m in the M50-55 age group who throw with the 700g javelin. Jeremy smashes the previous V50 mark by a considerable distance.
nJeremy also came 4th in the V50 discus (1.5kg weight) with a throw of 37.65m an agonising 27cm short of another age group club record.
