A fabulous weekend of track & field action to look forward to as the indoor season begins to reach the business end.

The South of England indoor U20 & Senior champs is the highlight this weekend with no fewer than 8 WADAC athletes on the start lists including National indoor U17 HJ champion Mia Judd (coach Tony Bateman) making her U20 debut.

The Welsh U20 champs also takes place in Cardiff this weekend with multi-eventer Abi Belward (coach Andy Fisher) taking on 4 events over the 2 days.
