Charlie attends hammer master class
Charlie Elford Pond (coach Eric Davison) attended a hammer master class in Loughborough a couple of weekends ago as part of his participation in the Youth talent programme.
Led by olympic silver medalist Nicola Vizzoni Charlie learnt some valuable new skills as described in the aricle accessed through the link below on the England Athletics website.
