I have worked really hard in the gym this winter and on my speed and power in warm weather training at Easter and the extra sessions with Bron have been so valuable in adding extra metres to my throws.”
Jess & Bella have been friends from primary school growing up competing together, sharing lifts, hotel rooms at training camps and the same training group and yesterday was quite a day in Guildford as news of the respective selections came through for the good friends.
