RR10 Race 3, Results

There was no shortage of rain yesterday, so it was a fun RR10 last night with great big muddy puddles and lots of wet runners at the end, although the rain had stopped by the time we started.
nWe had 10 ladies and 14 men turn out on the night from WADAC. With 136 ladies overall and 192 men.
nBrilliant to see Kath Bailey at her first RR10 this season on her home turf and finishing as first lady. Karen Rushton finished 4th and has run in all RR10's so far this year. Sam Parkinson completed our ladies team finishing 7th. Also they were the 1st,2nd and 3rd V40 finishers! So WADAC ladies A team finished 2nd (behind Lordshill), bringing us overall joint 2nd with Stubbington Green ladies.
nThe men's team consisted of Pete Sansome (13th), Will Harding (25th), James Moore (28th), Matt Kurton (66th) and Stephen Lowy (70th). Our men's A team finished 8th which takes the men overall to 12th position. Once again, Martyn West was the first V60 home for the men.

nThe next RR10 we are unable to take part in on 31st May as it is our drop out race so please join us instead at Race 5 on Wednesday 7th June at Fleming Park, Eastleigh.
