Ladies stride to success at the Hampshire Cross Country League

Fantastic final race of the season at Dibden Purlieu seeing the Vets Ladies regain their title with a convincing win with Lucy Elliot 3rd, Natalie Cain 5th and Charlie Hoskins 9th. There was strength in the team too, Jo Jefferies 17th, Alison Fenwick 27th and Madeline Vosser 60th. Over all Veteran Individual Aggregate, Natalie Cain 5th, Charlie Hoskins 7th, Jo Jefferies 14th, Alison Fenwick 18th and Madeline Vosser 33rd Senior Ladies came in a fantastic 3rd securing a very close 2nd in the overall team event only 1 point behind the winners Aldershot. Although called the senior ladies there was a brilliant mix of athletes from all the age groups – Imogen Emmett 11th Lucy Elliot (v45) 14th and Grace Mann (U20) 18th. Over all in the Senior Individual Aggregate, Grace Mann came 7th, Imogen Emmett 8th, Natalie Cain 17th and Aisha Fenwick 19th Under 20 Girls team stormed their first team Win of the season, Grace Mann 5th, Poppy Clements 9th and Gabbie Spelman. Over all under 20 Individual Aggregate Grace Mann 5th and Gabbie Spelman 8th. Its been a brilliant season with everything cross country promises, mud rain and hills and also lots of medals to collect at the AGM this summer!
