​ Medals at the World Transplant Games

Jeremy had a very successful games, winning gold in the javelin (35.58m), silver in the discus (30.60m) and the high jump (1.58m) and bronze in the shot (10.23m). The winners of the shot, discus and high jump had to break World Transplant Games age group records so the events were very competitive.

nThis is the 4th time Jeremy has competed at the Games and has now won 17 medals in total.

The purpose of the Games is to promote the need to raise public awareness of organ and tissue donation and to ultimately encourage people to join the organ donor register and the Anthony Nolan register for stem cell donation.
