Weekly rankings update
Kanya Mtshweni opened up his indoor season in style with his first outing as a senior in the Non Thomas open meeting in Cardiff on Sunday. Despite taking on the 1.07m barriers for the first time, Kanya ran a time of 8.67 which is just .07 outside the qualifying standard for the British indoor champs and ranks him 34th in the UK. This takes Kanya up to 2nd on the all time indoor lists for WADAC.Sophie Torrance ran as an U20 for the first time in the 400m at the London indoor games on Saturday. These two performances have been added for the weekly indoor rankings update which are shown through the links below. This weekend the London indoor games resumes for the younger age groups and disappointingly I can only see 1 WADAC competitor on the entry lists. Please talk to your coach about competing indoors which provides valuable preperation for the outdoor season.Wadac Indoor Track Field Womens Rankings 2019 2020 Xls Wadac Indoor Track Field Mens Rankings 2019 2020 Xls
