A number of performances added to this weeks rankings. Ben Ringrose-voase broke the clubs indoor U20 record whilst running for Sussex University at the Bucs Champs last Friday whilst Dave Roberts added his name to the list of Masters indoor records after competing at the SVAC indoor champs on Sunday.Kathryn Miles has added her name to the womens rankings.Full womens & mens rankings shown below.Wadac Indoor Track Field Womens Rankings 2019 2020 XlsWadac Indoor Track Field Mens Rankings 2019 2020 XlsThe busiest weekend of the indoor season takes place this Weekend with the British Indoor Champs in Glasgow, the British age group champs in Sheffield (including Jess Gordon on the entry lists) and open meetings at Lee Valley & Brunel Uni.

I have helped out with club IT for several years inlcluding setting up the club’s Microsoft 365 for email, Teams etc and web site migraiton. Occasional parkrun run director, still enjoying my running though never got anywhere near a podium!
