South of England Senior & U20 indoor champs

The South of England senior & U20 indoor champs took place at Lee Valley at the weekend. Jess Gordon (coach Tony Bateman) jumped 1.60m in the U20 womens high jump to take 4th place on countback. Isabella Beck (coach Mike Chambers) was 5th in heat 2 of the U20 womens 800m in a time of 2 mins 23.03 secs. Both performances merit 3rd place on WADAC's newly formed indoor club record lists with the updated indoor seasons rankings being published tomorrow. I have helped out with club IT for several years inlcluding setting up the club’s Microsoft 365 for email, Teams etc and web site migraiton. Occasional parkrun run director, still enjoying my running though never got anywhere near a podium!
