A couple of outstanding performances from Kathryn Miles at the British Masters indoor champs to update in the rankings this week. The highlight of this weekend is the National age group indoor combined event champs in Sheffield. I have helped out with club IT for several years inlcluding setting up the club’s Microsoft 365 for email, Teams etc and web site migraiton. Occasional parkrun run director, still enjoying my running though never got anywhere near a podium!
