Natasha Mitchell takes silver in debut for England in Nihill Shield

Natasha Mitchell made her debut performance for England’s Race Walking team at the historic annual Paul Nihill Shield event. Held on the Isle of Man, this England vs Ireland match is for up and coming young racewalkers, and is run alongside a popular open event on 22nd March.
nDespite extremely windy conditions Natasha’s winter training paid off. She helped lead the field, securing second place in the Under 15 girls 3km race, behind her Irish counterpart, with a personal best of 16:14.
