A few mens performances from the indoor Open meeting on Sunday at Eton to add to the weekly rankings update. Dave Roberts improved his V50 Masters indoor club records in both 60m and LJ. I have helped out with club IT for several years inlcluding setting up the club’s Microsoft 365 for email, Teams etc and web site migraiton. Occasional parkrun run director, still enjoying my running though never got anywhere near a podium!
