First Junior Online training session
Our first junior only online training session will take place between 6pm to 7pm on Tuesday 14 April.
nIt will be an interactive session followed by some skills, drills and strength and conditioning exercises. So, please ensure you have some space to do them and bring along your parents too!
nSo, there will be:
n a group discussion and question and answer session first which will offer the juniors a chance to get some tips and advice on training (led by Nick Anderson (Head coach of endurance)) (15- 20mins);
n some core/strength exercises at home with Andy Parkinson and Mike Chambers (both coaches) (15-20mins); some skills drills and games with Andy Fisher (our head coach of jumps and multi-events) (15-20mins); and
n Junior Quiz led by Simon Harvey (10mins).
