n
nSessions
n
nThe following sessions (that we know of – there may be more) are taking place, using online platforms, by following training programmes provided or physically in one to one situations in accordance with Government and EA guidance. These are mainly for their groups but some are open to a wider audience:
n
nA few coaches are doing some free one to one coaching at Littleton and in the surrounding Winchester area for school year 5, 6 and 7 athletes in the U11s Academy and Development Group. Please email chair@wadac.org.uk if interested. Places are limited and membership fees must be paid. For year 5 athletes interested in the Development Group or u13 Academy from September this is a good opportunity to experience what is on offer in those groups. Social distancing will be in place and equipment will be cleaning before and after each session. A parent or guardian must remain.
nClub adult or junior sessions, hosted by Nick Anderson and supported by other coaches on Tuesdays (open to up to 100 participants). Tuesday June 2nd at 7pm will be a senior session - a chance to catch up with tips from the coaches, updates from the virtual race programme incl. the Welsh Castles, an interview/chat with a key senior member of WADAC plus a quiz to finish. Sue True will be interviewed next week. Zoom session details will be emailed around separately.
