HRRL Grand Prix – 3 VIRTUAL RACES

Individuals ran a course of their choosing which tried to closely match the distance and amount of ascending in the real HRRL fixtures.
nAs usual each runner appears in two competitions. The time used in the Main competition has been adjusted (thanks to Steve Oliver) to compensate for the exact distance run and elevation climbed to bring it back to closely resemble the real HRRL race course. The Age-adjusted competition takes this time and further adjusts it compensate for age to suggest a time that the runner would have achieved (will achieve for young runners) when they were (are) in their prime years at the age of 19-27 for men and 20-29 for women.
n The WADAC Grand Prix Statistics have been updated for these three HRRL virtual races
n Not the Salisbury 10 (virtual race)
n Not the Alton 10 (virtual race)
n Not the Netley 10k (virtual race)
n
nPlease note these times and positions may CHANGE if there is a review of the elevation data provide by runners.
