Track & Field Meeting 11th April

I am delighted to confirm that WADAC has been one of ther first clubs in the country to be granted a licence to host a track & field meeting and this will take place on Sunday the 11th April. The date obviously means we will be hosting the meeting under restrictions so all competitors will be contacted with what that means for them but there will be a limit on numbers and no spectators will be allowed. We are awaiting further guidance from EA on travelling to competitions so until we receive this guidance, entry is open to WADAC members including training members only. The meeting can be entered through the following link and rest assured that WADAC is determined to bring its members as much track & field competition as possible. Feedback suggests that our members are desperate to compete after being denied the opportunity to do so for so long and this is the first of a number of track & field meetings that the club hopes to organise throughout the year.https://data.opentrack.run/en-...It is very important that with tracks being closed for so long that athletes feel they are sufficiently prepared so the club strongly advises competitors to check with their coach before entering to confirm that they are ready to compete.
