Grace equals club record

U15 girl Grace Weeks (coach Gary Bettridge) equalled the club's age group record today in the 75mH in the Worthing open meeting by going under 12 secs for the first time.
nRunning a blistering quick time of 11.99 secs this equals the club record set by Sophie Ridley 8 years ago and puts Grace in the UK top 5.
nAlso in action was U15 girl Rosa-May Sprake (coached out of club) who ran a pb of 14.38 secs in the 100m and put the shot to another pb of 9.99m.
