Club comes 3rd in last SAL match

WADAC finished in 3rd place against their local rivals in the last of this season's SAL matches held at Southampton on Saturday. The team had an end of season fatigue look about it' as there were quite a few gaps in various events' but there were' nevertheless' some excellent individual performances' particularly from Calum Upton (coach David Vosser) in the 3000m steeplechase, Erin Willmers (coach Nick Anderson) in the 1500m, Amelia Gordon (coach Martin McBriar) in shot & discus, Shelley Parr (self coached) in discus, Liv Busher (coached out of club) in javelin and Jasmine Gordon (coach Martin McBriar) in hammer and javelin. Big thanks to everyone who did come along and take part and who has competed and officiated in the SAL throughout the season.
