WADAC ladies out in force at the County Champs taking home Vets Team Gold as well as Gold or Silver in every Vet age category!

Fairthorne Manor upheld its reputation of a tough cross country course with ankle deep mud, and puddles that were nearly rivers. Add into that driving horizontal rain and it made the women's 8.4km race something for only the toughest competitors!
nThe ladies from WADAC saw the challenge and hit it head on.
nKarla Borland was the first home in 13th, (2nd V35) closely followed by Jane Gandee 18th (1st V50). Next was Jo Clarke, 24th, and finally for the senior team Charlie Hoskins, 29th, (2nd V40), taking them to a very credible 4th senior team place.
nFor the vet ladies it was their day. Team gold (Karla Borland 2, Jane Gandee 3, Charlie Hoskins 7, Emma Carter 10)
nIndividually the vet ladies definitely stole the show.
nGold for Jane Gandee in the V50 categorySilver for Karla Borland V35, Charlie Hoskins V40, Emma Carter V45, Alison Fenwick V55, Lynn Whitaker V60.
nAmazing strong performance for Kate Green, Jo Jefferies and Mikaela Price showing the outstanding strength and depth of the women's team at WADAC.
nWell done ladies!
