Kathryn wins bronze as Moira does sprint double

Day two of the British indoor Masters championships brought two more medals for WADAC athletes as Kathryn Miles (Elias Mtshweni) won bronze in the V45 womens 60m sprint with a time of 8.72 secs. This repeats the same placing that Kathryn achieved in the same age group when the event last took place two years ago.
nTraining partner Moira West (self coached) followed up her gold in yesterday's 200m with a further victory in today's V70+ womens 60m race going under 10 secs for the first time indoors in 4 years.
nAnother training partner Amanda Smith (Elias Mtshweni) was 5th in her heat of the 60m in the V50 womens age group.
