nAs mentioned a few weeks ago, we are launching a group of talks this year which will be known as the WADAC Expert Insights Series. All members are welcome to attend

nFirst one - Saucony Tri on event with a talk and pizza.
n
n
n
nSo, the first one will be a Saucony Tri On Event on Tuesday 21st June at the track. It will be hosted by Saucony and Alexandra Sports.
n
nThey will be ready to meet, greet and chat to athletes from 5pm onwards. There will be Try On Shoes (around 130 pairs) and new shoes to buy under their marquee. Club kit will also be available to purchase. So, why not come along and try on a pair and use them during your training session.

nThere will be a raffle to win £100 of Saucony training kit for anyone who tries on a pair of Saucony shoes. Also anyone who tags Alexandra Sports, Saucony & WADAC into an instagram post about the evening can win a pair of Saucony shoes. We will be looking for the best post and will remind everyone on the night.

n
nA representative from both Saucony and Alexandra Sports will give a short talk at the track on Saucony products (all footwear including track spikes and running shoes) and will explain the technology in them and how they can improve performance. Then there will be a chance to ask questions. The talk will be around 6.15pm and depending on demand we can run another talk after the seniors have trained at 8pm.

nPizza will also be available during the talks and after the seniors have trained at 8pm. We do need to know how many will attend for pizza so we can order enough.

nThis talk is being put on by Alexandra Sports and Saucony in partnership. Alexandra Sports is a sponsor of the Club and Saucony is a leading sportswear and footwear manufacturer (see https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saucony).
