Sam comes 8th with a new pb

The British Universities & Colleges champs are taking place this weekend in Chelmsford and Sam Clifton (coach Jeremy Clifton) came 8th yesterday in the mens hammer event representing Birmingham University.Despite being an U20, Sam threw the 7.26kg senior hammer weight along with the rest of the competitors and came away with a pb of 47.94m which was good enough for 8th place and a new club record.
