Masters athletes make league debut

The clubs 3rd track & field league match of the season took place last Monday evening at a rare windless Mountbatten stadium in Portsmouth when our Masters athletes represented the club in the Hampshire vets track & field league.Full results are not yet available on the Hampshire vets league website or pof10 but the team results are available and clearly there were some fine performances on the night.Team Managers Heather Sheffield and Andy Gannaway assembled a group of Masters athletes who looked like they had great fun in representing the club and the ladies team were 2nd just 17 points behind Southampton AC and the men were 4th with a strong Basingstoke team winning the match.
