Weekend track & field preview

We are entering the business end of the track & field season with each weekend bringing championship & league action for the clubs athletes.This weekend, the clubs young athletes will be in league action at our home Wessex league match tomorrow, whilst at the other end of the scale, our masters athletes will be taking part in the 3rd vets league match of the season in Southampton on Monday.Many of the clubs athletes will be representing their county schools teams in the schools inter-counties matches the traditional curtain raiser before the county schools teams are announced for English schools. The South East version is in Kingston today and the South West version is in Exeter.Two of the clubs athletes will be in action in Bedford today and tomorrow in the National age group CE champs with Abi making the England Athletics preview of the event and likewise Bella will be taking part in the Euro U18 champs sprints and hurdles trials also in Bedford tomorrow.
