Toby goes 2nd on clubs all-time 5000m list

The IFAM meeting in Oordegem in Belgium is part of the World Athletic continental Challenger tour and as such and its proximity to the UK attracts many British athletes chasing qualification standards for championship events.
nThis event took place on Saturday and WADAC's Toby Cooke (self coached) ran in the 5000m looking to achieve the 13 mins 50 secs standard for the British Championships. Toby was 6th in the B race in a huge pb of 13 mins 55.94 secs just outside the standard but can at least console himself with the honour of moving to 2nd on the club’s all time 5000m list behind John Beattie.
