Track & field club records updated

It's a bit like painting the forth bridge as so many top 3 all time performances have been achieved this season but the club records have to be updated at some point so I choose the 31st July as a good a point as any to do so.As if to prove this another two top 3 performances were achieved again today but for the time being the club records and up to date and will be updated once more at the end of the track & field season with a summary of all those that have been broken.
