Laura competes at National champs

Such is the progress that Laura Clark (coach Mark Upton) has made this season, that it was not a surprise to see her name on the starting line for the heats of the 400m at the English National Senior champs taking place in Bedford this weekend.Laura didn't qualify from her heat but ran a time of 58.86 secs, her 4th fastest ever and she is now going to concentrate on sharpening her speed at shorter distances for the rest of the season.
