Abi moves to all time age group no 2

A number of the club’s athletes were in action at the Portsmouth Open meeting on Sunday. Abi McBriar (coach Martin McBriar) threw a pb of 33.94m with the 500g javelin to win the event and move up to no 2 on the club’s all time age group rankings and Abi also throw a decent distance with the discus.
nOwen Watts (coach David Vosser) ran a pb of 2.06.45 secs in the 800m and Franklyn Young (coach David Vosser) ran a seasons best time in the 3000m. Mia Judd (coach Tony Bateman) & Grace Colmer (coach Andy Fisher) put in solid performances in HJ with Grace also competing in 200m & SP.
