WADAC ladies impressive at first Hampshire League cross country event

On this unseasonably warm November day the ladies of WADAC had an impressive start to the cross country season with amazing individual results as well as fantastic team placings. The senior ladies team came a close 4th (one point behind 3rd) with Simone Mitchell 12th, Annie Mann 13th, (2nd U20) and Lucy Elliott 19th (1st Vet). The under 20 girls fielded a strong team, all of whom were running the longer distance for the first time, and came second team with Annie Mann coming an impressive 2nd especially as she was racing up an age group (13) Rose Chesterfield superb 4th, (23) and Clara Jackson a fantastic 19th (101).
nLastly, but not least, the vet ladies started off as they finished last season coming 1st team with Lucy Elliot 1st, (19) Vicky Gill 2nd, (22) and Jane Gandee 11th (69).
