Oliver kicks off collegiate season

Oliver Thatcher (coach Andy Fisher) began the indoor USA collegiate season at a meet in Boone, North Carolina (near the Tennessee border) yesterday with a run out in the rarely run 55m hurdles.Literally finishing immediately after the 5th hurdle, Oliver ran a time of 8.28 secs to come 9th on the day and this will act as a nice warm up for a full indoor heptathlon next weekend.
