Results round up

A few results to catch up on over the last week. Charlie Elford-Pond (coach Eric Davison) competed on both Saturday & Sunday and is particularly pleased with his hammer throw of 63.18m with the 5kg hammer on Sunday which places Charlie 25th on the current world U18 rankings.Harry Crosby & Oliver Thatcher (both coached by Andy Fisher) both competed in Decathlons in collegiate competitions in the states last weekend and this weekend just gone respectivley and whilst Oliver simply took part to qualify for the conference championships, Harry set down some very good marks inlcuding a sub 11 sec (allbeit windy) 100m and a 7m long jump.Grace Colmer (coach Andy Fisher) was in Yeovil the weekend before last and went op of the clubs long jump rankings with a wind legal jump of 5.50m. Rebekah Smith (coach Andy Fisher) was in Tonbridge on the Easter Bank holiday Monday and recording a seasons best in the Long jump and sprint hurdles although was a little unlucky this was just outside the legal wind limit.
