Helen breaks clubs 5000m record

Helen Hall (coach Nick Anderson) who is in the form of her life just now broke Louise Damen's 16 year old club record by running a time of 16 mins 25.80 secs to finish 6th in the womens 5000m at the BMC Grand Prix in Loughborough yesterday. This World Athletics challenger event gains athletes valuable world ranking points and was streamed live. Helen takes two and a half seconds off of Louise's club record and another absolute club record falls in this record breaking season.Toby Cooke (self coached) was also in action in the 5000m finishing 5th in the mens A race in a seasons best time of 14 mins 09.47 secs which is a little down on Toby's pb set in Belgium last year.Annie Mann (coach James Mann) was the 3rd WADAC athlete to take part finishing 11th in the womens A 1500m race which was won by none other than British Middle distance royalty in Jess Warner-Judd.
