Racewalking success at AFD open meeting

Nick Fleeman and Derek Smith enjoyed success at the Aldershot,Farnham & District open meeting on Thursday 8th June, with both posting personal best performances for the 1000 metre distance event. Nick won the Men's section of the race, posting a time of 6 mins 14.62 secs, with Derek coming second in 6 mins 28.43 secs.

I have helped out with club IT for several years inlcluding setting up the club’s Microsoft 365 for email, Teams etc and web site migraiton. Occasional parkrun run director, still enjoying my running though never got anywhere near a podium!
