Just two track & field ndoor performances to report on from last weekend.

In Eltham on Sunday at the Sutcliffe 60’s, Carys Jeffries (coach Andy Fisher) recorded a best time of 8.16 secs to top the WADAC early season indoor 60m rankings ahead of training partner Jess Howells. In Cardiff, Annie Mann (coach James Mann) broke the clubs U20W indoor club record with a time of 10 mins 19.79 secs at the Cardiff Met Christmas Classic in Wales’s capital city.
