WADAC officials moving up

Congratulations to Martin McBriar for getting is Level 2 field officials qualification. We need field officials at Level 2 increasingly, to ensure field events are carried out safely. It will be really important to supply enough officials at in the NAL.

And belated congratulations to Dave Sherry, who got his Level 2 Starter’s Assistant qualification last season.
