The first championships of the year take place this weekend on a busy couple of days as the indoor season begins to ramp up.

The South of England age group (U13/U15/U17) indoor champs take place at Lee Valley with 18 WADAC young athletes on the start list inlcuding Zac Reynolds (Coach Mark Upton) who will line up with a strong medal chance in the U17M 400m.

5 WADAC athletes go to Cardiff tomorrow for the World Athletics accredited Non Thomas Open and amongst these is Thomas Evans (coach James Mann) in the 1500m who will be looking to continue his current excellent form in the 1500m.
