Alex helps England into 4 x 400m final

Alex Beck (coach Mark Upton) helped England into the final of the mixed 4 x 400m relay at the Commonwealth Youth games in the early hours of this morning.

Alex ran a strong leg 1 and the England team never looked back in winning their semi-final and qualifying for the final which will take place at Midnight tomorrow morning. This will be the very final event of the track & field programme of the Commonwealth Youth games and surely Alex looks well placed to pick up his 2nd medal of the games.
